- Computer Floor Tile, Bldg. 1440 Control Rm. 282 Description of Requirement The solicitation number is FA9301-11-M-9005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20110819. Federal Supply Class/Service (SVC) code is N055. NAICS is 321999 and the size standard is 500. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to acquire the following: Computer Floor Tile, Statement of Work (SOW), see attached A site visit is scheduled for 13 September 2011, 9:00 a.m., see attached Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery schedule with FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
