- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 0001 Wulftec Model WRT-200 "Or Equal" modified to the following specifications: A rotary arm material handling piece of equipment capable of wrapping a shipping pallet not to exceed; 108 inches wide x 98 inches long x 98 inches tall. Maximum weight of material will not exceed 10,000 lbs. There must be sufficient access to the wrapping area to allow a standard 10,000 lb forklift to place and remove pallets. Must accommodate multiple thicknesses of plastic wrap (industry standard) to include 50g, 55g, 60g, 65g, 70g, 75g, 80g, 90g, 100g, 110g and 120g. in roll lengths of 20" and 30" rolls. Machine must be capable of wrapping 30 pallets per hour, operate on 120v AC power, include installation, training and standard manufacture's warranty. FOB Destination pricing to include delivery, installation and acceptance Boerne, TX. Offerors providing an "or equal" item shall submit product data sheets sufficient to evaluate the equipment by the end user. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
