- The purpose of this amendment is to answer the questions received in response to the combined synopsis/solicitation. The question received was: Can you please clarify if the government customer is looking only for procurement, shipping, and delivery of the item to the office or are you also seeking the contractor to install and test the HPGe Detector as well? I saw that the CLIN?s should include costs for procurement, shipping, handling, and F.O.B.; however, no mention was made for work to include installation. The answer to this question is: No, installation and testing are not included in the work scope.
