- This is notification of the USPFO-WY P&C to issue a sole source requirement to DTC Communications for a handheld video transmitter II with palladium II receiver. CST currently has a HVT and a Mini Pix system produced by DTC Communication. A requirement exists to have another HVT that can integrate into the existing system without any modification(s). Any vendor proposing a system they provide can fully integrate into the HVT and Mini Pix system with modification(s) is to provide detailed information to CPT Jason Salsgiver, 307-772-5966, jason.salsgiver@us.army.mil prior to the closing date of this notification.
