- Twenty-one each Vital Signs Simulation System Kit. The Vital Signs Simulation System Kit has the following salient characteristics: * NIBP Simulator with: * Digital manometer *IBP * Peak Detect * Alarm Test * Leak Test * Multi-Parameter Patient Simulator with: *12-lead ECG *Respiration *4 invasive pressures *cardiac output simulations *YSI 400/700 temperature * SpO2 Pulse Oximeter Tester * Battery operated or AC adapter * Cuff Regulator/Limiter * Backup Battery Power Supply * Five (5) NIBP Adapters * IBP extension cable * One (1) IBP Adapter Cable The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Pronk Technologies, Inc., 8933 Lankershim Blvd, Sun Valley, CA 91352, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(2). The purpose of the sole source acquisition is to obtain one piece of equipment to check the calibration on a wide variety of medical equipment (i.e. 12 Lead ECG, Invasive blood pressure, Cardiac output simulation, Temperature simulation, Pulse Oximeter, and Non-Invasive blood pressure). Pronk Technologies, Incorporated is the sole source provider for the required medical equipment and no other type of medical equipment will satisfy the agency requirements. Information regarding compatibility is welcome. Any information received on this acquisition must be received NLT 2:00 PM Mountain Time, 13 Sep 2011, at Western Region Contracting Office--Evans Army Community Hospital Cell, 1650 Cochrane Circle, Bldg 7524, Fort Carson, CO 80913.
