- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division plans to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.303-2(a)(4), direct replacement of thirty (30) Panasonic CF-19BTUZX1M Controllers, seven (7) CF-VDRRT3U Panasonic External CD-RW/DVD Combo use drives. These parts are used to perform precision measurements and is Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment as outlined in NAVSEAINST 4734.1B. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price delivery order on a sole-source basis to Panasonic Corporation. Our specific requirement is: QtyBrandPart#Part Description 30PanasonicCF-19BTUZX1M Controller 30N/AEWRF14 Electrnc WasteFee “ less than 15 inch 7Panasonic CF-VDRRT3U External CD-Combo use Drives This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c). This is not a request for quotes, however; any responsible source having the technical capabilities to meet the requirement described may submit a quote along with their technical capabilities to include complete and detailed technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price, and lead time for consideration via email to: Marlena.warren@navy.mil.
