- Description
- The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, AZ intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for acquisition to procure new pretreatment equipment for Luke AFB Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). Contractor must provide everything consistent with the SOW which is attached. FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base 7105 N. El Mirage Road. Glendale, AZ 85309. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 333319 and the small business size standard is 500 emp. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed priced contract will be awarded to Small Business set-aside. The Government intends to issue a single solicitation and make a single award to one offeror. The Government is soliciting for award of a firm-fixed price contract. There will be a site visit on 14 Sept 2011 at 9:00 AM PST. Following the site visit, potential contractors can submit questions in writing to Shelia Stoddard until COB (4:30PM PST) 15 Sept 2011 by emailing them to shelia.stoddard@luke.af.mil. All questions with answers will be posted in an attachment and or an amendment on the Federal Business Opportunities pages shortly after 15 Sept. Contractors are responsible for submitting their responses by 19 Sept 2011 at 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) in order to be considered timely. In addition to the submission of offer or's pricing proposal, the offeror shall include a brief technical summary (not to exceed 3 pages) demonstrating the offer or's understanding and approach in fulfilling all aspects of the statement of work, including but not limited to integration of existing Government-furnished materials/equipment. Offers shall be submitted electronically, or FAX's to (623) 856-3438. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes is "late" and will not be considered unless, it is the only quote received.
