- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: UT City: Moab Delineated Area: Canyonlands Field Airport Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 215.75 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 215.75 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: NA Additional Requirements: NA Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Transportation Security Administration that is expiring in Moab, UT at Canyonlands Field Airport. The Government requires 232.87 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 215.75 ANSI/BOMA office area and 0 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located on airport property, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
