- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. Crane Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for the manufacture of quantity two (2) each Yig Filters with Drivers to be manufactured with AIL, Eaton Corporation Drawings/Specifications 435429, 00752-235010, 00752-422356, 451009, attachments, and a NSWCCD Statement of Work. A material review and first article testing are required. Shipping is required FoB destination within 90 days of purchase order issuance. Inspection and acceptance will be at NSWC Crane 45 days after receipt of the quantity 2 each qualification tested Yig Filters with Drivers. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-11-T-0280 and is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. Contractors must be small business entities and must be properly registered in the Government's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and in the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the solicitation attachments. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at www.ccr.gov. Information about the JCP is located at http://www.dlis.dla.mil. The solicitation attachments will be posted to FedBizOpps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOpps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted FedBizOpps and NECO. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps and/or NECO for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
