- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Newport News, Virginia Delineated Area: Newport News CBD- Oyster Point District Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,020 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,790 Space Type: General Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): Local Code Requirement Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 18 months Firm Term: 120 Days Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A The Government currently occupies 7,419 ABOA square foot of office space and is planning to exercise an 18 month renewal option. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
