- SF30 Amendment# 0001 RFP# GS-05P-11-SV-C-0035, Roof Replacement & Masonry Restoration, HDI Federal Center, Battle Creek, MI., Amendment #0001 This amendment is being issued to amend the following section: Volume II, Section 075323 - Ethylene-Propylene-Diene-Monomer (EPDM) Roofing, Part 1.1 (C) is amended to state, "Other acceptable manufacturers: manufacturers that produce roofing materials comparable to products produced by Carlisle Corporation and Firestone Building Products Company." It is not the intent of the Government to place any limitations on acceptable manufacturers. Box 15 of this amendment should be completed and returned with your proposal. Proposal due date remains September 15, 2011 at 12:00 pm CST.
