- Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6(b)(1), the Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Desert Division, Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85635 intends to award a non-competitive sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Cornet Technology, Inc., 6800 Versar Center, Suite 216, Springfield, VA 22151-4177 to provide a two one-year extension of warranty for telephonic and on-site support and parts repair for the Automated Integrated Technical Control (AITC) implemented using CORNET Matrix switching technology for 114th Signal Battalion, located in distributed locations at Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC). The Justification and Approval (J&A), citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1(A)(2)(iii)(A), will be posted for public inspection on or about Friday, September 9, 2011. There will not be a solicitation issued for this requirement and any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. Responses to this notice are due by noon, Arizona Time, Monday, September 19, 2011.
