- The purpose of this Attachment is to present RFQ LGCAC-5-0123 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is LGCAC-5-0123 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect though Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 and DFARS change notice 20090715. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concerns. This NAICS code is 335129 and the size standard is 500. employees. This is a requirement for Lamp Fixtures. **Please refer to the attachment for details on this acquisition. 802 CONS will issue a purchase order to the vendor who is determined to offer the best value to the Government.
