- RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dual Interface Card Readers & Enrollment Station This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-11-T-0080 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set aside. The estimated delivery date for the Dual Interface Card Readers & Enrollment Station is 14 December 2011. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 561621. The small business size standard for this requirement is $12.5 million in average annual receipts. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price supply contract as a result of this solicitation. Requests for solicitation packages made by telephone, fax, or email will not be honored as contractors must download through the www.fbo.gov website. In order for contractors to conduct business with the government, the contractor must provide registration information to the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
