- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for Taclane Micro Encryptors KG-175D, quantity (60). The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 (June 2008) Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 (Aug 2009) Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, 52.212-4 (June 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5 (July 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items. The Government anticipates the award of a single firm-fixed price purchase order based on best value. Evaluation factor(s) include: Delivery; ALL OR NONE/BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. Price will also be considered. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. All questions shall be submitted electronically submitted to yokita.m.davis@usdoj.gov by September 12, 2011 no later than 10:00 a.m. EST. All quotes shall be submitted electronically and will be considered and evaluated if received timely. Closing date for receipt of quotes is September 14, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. EST.
