- Sole Source Justification The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Strategic Operations, Inc. for Line Item 0001: Cut Suits QTY: 1EACH. This award will be made to Strategic Operations, Inc. and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 339112 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 13.501. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, and 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 2:00 PM (CST), 10 Sep 2011. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a future competitive procurement. The contract award is in an amount not expected to exceed the SAT. Submit any information, questions, or comments to the points of contact listed below. A firm-fixed price order will be issued in writing. Anticipated award is tentativley scheduled for 10 Sep 2011.
