- Sole Source Justification- Detroit Lions Advertising Package The 87th Contracting Squadron, Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, NJ intends to award a sole source purchase order on or about 13 Sep 11 to Detroit Lions to include the following: 1 Single Game Scoreboard Feature (30 Sec), 1 Game Day Print Ad (10 Games total), 2 10x10 Interactive Concourse Display Booths and 1 In Game Promotion - 60 recruits sworn in at halftime on 20 November 11. This notice is not a request for quotes, and serves for informational purposes only. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract.
