Description
This Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Contracting Division (ACC, APG-ICD) is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. The information requested by this sources sought will be used within the Army to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the government. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. This sources sought is in accordance with the acquisition policy as stated in Part 10, Market Research, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) that market research may involve interactive on-line communication between government and industry. ACC,APG-ICD is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to continue the operation and refinement of MAXIMO as a database used to collect and provide Department of Public Works (DPW) facility information and the transition of MAXIMO data to GFEBS. The contractor shall manage and maintain 1)the integrity and availability of the MAXIMO Oracle Database, 2)the availability of the MAXIMO System, 3) the availability of the handheld system, 4) the process for handling the entry/creation of new data in MAXIMO, 5) the DPW Work Order Web Page and Report Server. The contractor shall transfer/migrate existing data to GFEBS, conduct special report studies, obtain proper training based on assigned GFEBS roles, conduct various analysis, install and maintain handheld devices, conduct training, and create management reports. Interested parties should note that enrollment and approval from GFEBS Headquarters is required for this action. Certification in GFEBS data base is necessary. Interested parties are asked to indicate their size status in relation to the applicable NAICS code 541513 and size standard $25.0 Million. Government E-mail will be the primary source of communication for this Sources Sought request. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
