- CA ITCM Software, Training and Support RFQ The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), a medical university and a Department of Defense Agency, has a requirement for services and products including software, configuration and training of the CA IT Client Manager (ITCM version r12.5) software application in the USU environment. The ITCM application will be integrated with the existing USU CA Service Desk application which will provide an enterprise view to network inventory of computers, software and other peripheral devices on the USU.MIL network. In addition, an annual service agreement is required to maintain software upgrades and support. For this requirement we are requesting three (3) option years. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes (RFQ) for commercial items in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. It is the responsibility of the contractor to monitor FedBizOpps (http://www.fbo.gov) for the issuance of any amendments to the solicitation. This RFQ incorporates all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-53 (August 4, 2011) This solicitation is set aside for small business under NAICS 541519 with a size standard of $25M.
