- LSJ for NetIQ Army Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) W91QUZ-04-A-0003 is a firm fixed price contract for NetIQ brand name software products and maintenance. This BPA is under the Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI), a mandated source under Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Subpart 208.74, Enterprise Software Agreements, the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Guidance and Policy Memorandum No. 12-8430-July 26, 2000, Acquiring Commercially Available Software, the Joint DoD CIO/DPAP Memo of December 22, 2005, DoD Support for the SmartBUY Initiative and the DoDI 5000.2, Operation of the Defense Acquisition System. Task Order M805, issued in accordance with this BPA, is for NetIQ software licenses and maintenance to support the Naval Aircraft Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Data Center.
