- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as Supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-10-Q-0126. This RFQ is for an offeror to Maintain VTC equipment located at the Defense Supply Center Columbus, Columbus, OH This is a brand name requirement. In order to properly communicate and support our VTC mission, we must maintain compatibility with HQ DLA. Since DLA HQ uses TANDBERG Management Server to control, monitor and support our VTC mission, we need to maintain compatibility with their equipment. The following supporting document specifies what is supported by this system. TANDBERG systems are fully integrated with this system, in which other units are not. We require a fully integrated system to fulfill our mission requirements. Only Tandberg or an authorized Tandberg partner can maintain this equipment. See attached statement of work for this requirement. Point of Contact: Contracting Officer, Randy Powell, Telephone 269-961-7110, email: randy.powell@dla.mil. iption QTY Unit Cost Total Cost 0001 Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance 2 EA for Equipment Listed in Section 4 of the SOW 0002 Maintenance & Technical Support for Equipment 1EA Listed in Section 4 of the SOW 0003 Equipment Support, Upgrades and Replacement 1 EA $30,000.00 (NTE) For Equipment listed in Section 5 of the SOW TOTAL FOR ALL ITEMS: NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is $25,000,000 The resulting order will be firm-fixed price. Place of performance is: Defense Supply Center Columbus, Columbus, OH The offeror shall provide a price for each item requested and a total amount for all items offered. The Government will make award to the responsible offeror who has the lowest price and is technically acceptable. Offerors are considered technically acceptable that conform to the terms and conditions of the RFQ. Offeror must be Tandberg or a Tandberg Partner Authorized to maintain the Tandberg equipment. Offeror is to provide proof that they are authorized by Tandberg to maintain this equipment to be considered technically acceptable. Requirement is FOB Destination.
