- This solicitation is being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside for Pallet Storage Racks for use by the Defense Commissary Agency commissary located at Davis Monthan AFB in Davis Monthan, AZ. The RFQ will be posted on FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. NAICS code is 337215 for this requirement. Offers are to be submitted to the address in Block 9 of the SF 1449, Attn: Michael Pigram. No email copies will be accepted, but offers may be faxed to (804) 734-8009 (Press pause button 2 times) then 76182, Attn: Michael Pigram. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency.
