- The Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 53410has a requirement for Wright Line products as shown on the attached document. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on Wright Line LLC products listed above under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contract is to be FOB DESTINATION shipped to JFCOM, 116 LAKEVIEW PKWY, SUFFOLK, VA 23435 and shall be marked for as specified. ***This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name Wright Line LLC products listed in this synopsis.*** The Government will accept quotes from all responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the RFQ and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due to Melody Proffit, Contract Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 16:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 15 September 2011. The Government reserves the right to process this procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The Government will accept proposals via email at: melody.proffit@navy.mil.
