- See the attached RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Virginia Contracting Activity intends to award a Purchase Order to procure a "BRAND NAME ONLY" Wire Comb Binding machine as stated in the attached request for quotation (RFQ) HHM402-11-Q-0160 CLINS (contract line items numbers starting on page 2). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 dated 4 August 2011 and are attached. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423830. The small business size standard is 100 employees. It is solicited on an "all or nothing" basis; no split awards will be made. All offerors shall include a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer, or a copy of its Annual Online Reps and Certs from ORCA website https://orca.bpn.gov/ Quotes for this acquisition are due no later than 12:00PM EST on 15 September 2011 via email at Christopher.nietubyc@dia.mil. Quotations will be accepted from all qualified small businesses if received by the stated closing date.
