- N6228511RC085AE FLC control No. 2011-3306. The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk in Philadelphia intends to acquire 4 each Advantech Wireless converters part ARMT-70LX, 4 each Internal/External 10 MHz autosensing reference units, 4 each Ethernet RJ45 connectors SNMP V1, 4 each rackmount set of slides, 4 each BUC power supply, and 4 each LNB power supply under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Advantech Wireless is the only known source that can provide these units. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A firm fixed price contact will be awarded as a result of this quotation. Note 22 applies. This requirement in support of the US Naval Observatory, Washington DC is processed under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items using FAR 13.5 test procedures.
