PWS DTD 29 JUL 11 SOLICITATION F3QCCM0224A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F3QCCL1223A003. This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD (a) NAICS: 334611 (b) No. of Employees: 500 REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: (Basic ) Nonpersonal services necessary to provide annual (12 months) preventive maintenance and calibration for the DataScribe Duplication System located in the Software Control center at Robins AFB IAW PWS dated 29 Jul 2011. If this contract is completely or partially terminated, the records relating to the work terminated shall be made available for 3 years after any resulting final termination settlement. Records relating to appeals under the disputes clause or to litigation or the settlement of claims arising under or relating to this contract shall be made available until such appeals, litigation, or claims are finally resolved.
