- This is to notify of the re-opening of SPM7L411R0120. The material being procured is Equalizer Assembly, NSN 1005-01-061-2723 for a quantity of 22 ea to be delivered in 650 days, FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. Item is to be procured in accordance with Drawing 05606 105D3977 and all current related data. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Tehcnical drawings/bid sets are available. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. For shipment to various stock locations. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 9-22-11.
