- Norfolk Ship Support Activity, PO Box 215, Portsmouth, VA, 23705-0215, is seeking to identify potential Small Business (SB) sources to accomplish the Phased Maintenance Availability (PMA) to include miscellaneous structural, mechanical, and electrical repairs on the USS MESA VERDE (LPD-19). Work will be performed at a Contractor Facility and an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) is required. The place of performance is restricted to the homeport. NAICS code 336611 applies, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Potential sources are notified that the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14) will be included in any RFP set aside for small business concerns. Only interested parties who intend to submit a proposal should submit a written expression of interest to the address stated below not later than September 21, 2011.
