Description
To extend quotes due date to Tuesday, September 13, 2011 (12:00 Noon EST). Q&A is officially closed. Solicitation A11PS01338Questions and Answers Q1: It appears that the contractor is to develop the workshops, develop the field training sessions, create the materials, and provide the training. Is this correct?Response: Yes. Q2: How many 1-day workshops will be scheduled at each location?Response: There will be 4 one-day workshops. Q3: What are the locations for the 1-day workshops?Response: There will be 4 one-day workshops. The Ft. Berthold reservation in North Dakota will be one location. The other three locations have yet to be determined. However, most probably in the Plains area or at some of the following reservations that we have been working with: Fond du Lac, WI, Oneida, WI, Red Lake MN Colville, WA, Kickapoo, KS and Crow, MT. Q4: How many participants will there be in each of the 1-day workshops?Response: The number of participants at each session will vary from location to location, based upon the interest shown at each location. We would hope to get about 25 attendees per location. Q5: How many two-day intensive entrepreneurial training sessions to be held?Response: There will be four (4) two-day intensive on-site entrepreneurial workshops. They will be held at the Ft. Berthold Reservation. The participation will depend on the interest shown. Meetings with the Advisory Council will be included as part of the two-day sessions. Q6: Where are the two-day intensive entrepreneurial training sessions to be held?Response: See response above. Q7: How many participants will be in each two-day intensive entrepreneurial training sessions?Response: See response to Q5. Q8: The solicitation states: A total of four sessions to be held during the timeframe of August 29 to December 31, 2011 on the Three Affiliated Tribes Economic Development Advisory Council (or its proxy) to help facilitate and guide strategy and dialogue on new business development activities. Are these four sessions to last one day each? Are they to be held during the same time period as the two-day intensive entrepreneurial training sessions? What is the location for the four sessions?Response: See response to Q2 and Q3 above. Q9: Are the fixed price quotes to include travel and expenses for all workshop, training and study activity?Response: Price quotes should include travel. Q10: If travel and expenses are to be included in the fixed price offering:1. Where are the workshops and training to be located? See response above.2. Is there a requirement for onsite work for the economic rate study? Response: There will be some on-site work required at the Ft. Berthold Reservation for the economic turnover rate study. Q11: Does the reservation have reservation specific implan data available for use with the rate study?Response: No. The Service Provider will develop the procedures and methodology for data collection and analyzing the data. Q12: Will this project be subject to Tribal tax and if so, what rate? Response: No. Q13: To do business on tribal grounds would we be required to get a tribal business license and if so, what is the cost for the business license for each of the tribes? Response: No. Q14: How many trips do you anticipate the contractor should plan to conduct the research study? Response: Estimated 3-4 trips for the research study.
