- This is a sources sought synopsis announcement and market survey for information only. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up. Response to this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified, unrestricted open market sources. Please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as one does not exist, at this time. The Government is seeking, for preliminary planning purposes only, qualified and experienced sources interested in performing the services to acquire, install, configure, maintain, overhaul and modify multimedia equipment/systems and associated peripherals for AAC activities, tenants and other Government agencies. The contractor shall provide customer installation support to include site surveys, recommended equipment types and suggested equipment layouts. The Government is requesting that interested concerns furnish the following information to assist in the market research analysis: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number and e-mail address. (2) Provide a brief description of work performed under previous Government contracts, contract number, total contract value, and period of performance. Contracts should be the same or similar to the work described (3) Please briefly discuss your capabilities and your ability to perform the tasks. All information must be sent to Shimon B. Perez-Conde Gonzalez at shimon.perez-conde-gonzales@eglin.af.mil or faxed to 850-882-1680 no later than 02:00 PM CST, Thursday, Sept 15th, 2011.
