Description

AAC/PKOB, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to install previously purchased DFSM systems, provide software upgrades and training to Rohde & Schwarz Federal Systems under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (1 LOT) SITE VISIT CLIN 0002: (1 LOT) ON-SITE INSTALLATION, SYSTEM ACCEPTANCE TESTING AND TRAINING CLIN 0003: (1 LOT) ARGUS UPGRADE TO VERSION 5.4 (SPLIT FUNDING) CLIN 0004: (1 LOT) ARGUS UPGRADE TO VERSION 5.4 (SPLIT FUNDING) CLIN 0005: (1 EACH) PR100 (GPS, IR, PS) AND HE300 ANTENNA The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238210 with a small business size standard of $14.M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
