- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Hood, TX intends to award a sole source purchase order to Application Data Systems, Inc., 1930 First Commercial Drive, N, Southaven, MS 38671-1020, a small business, for three each customized ADS-SVC interface software applications. Application Data Systems, Inc., is the original software and hardware supplier of the current security system. The software must be compatible with the current security system software operating on Fort Hood. This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) Soliciting From a Single Source. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available due to only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 443120 with a small business size standard of $25.5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding within 5 days after the date of electronic publication of this synopsis. All responses must be provided no later than 1000 CST 13 September 2011. A determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
