Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, San Diego (NAVSUP FLCSD), Regional Contracts Department, Port Hueneme Office, intends to award a sole source procurement to American National Standards Institute, under the authority of the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b). This requirement is for ISO networking site license for the existing software. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the Government ™s requirement. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties shall submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. Responses are due by 15 September 2011, 12:00 PM, Pacific Standard Time, via email.
