- 0042455554, NSN: 3120-01-454-9568, Bearing Plain Spher. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved tehcnical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON INC. (97499) P/N 901-311-453-101 and NEW HAMPSHIRE BALL BEARINGS, INC. (15860) P/N HSW10V4002. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package. This solicitation will result in a firm fixed-fixed price contract. The requirement is for 102 each, Tracey, CA (line 0001) and 914 each, New Cumberland, PA (line 0002), FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 136 days. This is a critical safety item. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. This is a letter RFP. A copy of the solciitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). Sole Source (FAR 6.302). A copy of this solicitation will only be available to requesters by contacting the buyer directly. The solicitation issue date is September 23, 2011.
