- Latent Characteristics for or Equal HP Fortify 360 Latent Characteristics for or Equal Product for WebInspect TITLE: HP WebInspect/Support and Fortify 360 Standard License or Equal Product This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SECHQ111Q0205 and is issued as a Request to Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-51. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 423430 with a size standard of 100.
