- This document is the itemized listing containing all brand name, part number and salient characteristic information for the required items. Please refer to the solicitation part (v) and FAR 52.211-6 for information on how this document should be used in constructing bids. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation, FA2517-11-T-6106, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53. (iv) This procurement is small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 335999 and the size standard is 500 employee's. (v) The commercial items required are outlined in the itemized listing document. The itemized listing contains salient characteristics, manufacturor and part number information to be used under "Brand Name or Equal" terms IAW FAR 52.211-6. These items are being procured as small business set-aside with net 30 delivery terms. (vi) The commercial items requested in this solicitation are to be priced for delivery to: 21st CS/SCYI at Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO 80914. (vii) Commercial items shall be priced as FOB destination to Peterson AFB, CO. (viii) The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (June 2008). All firms must be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) at https://wawf.eb.mil at time of quote submittal. DUNS, Cage Code, tax ID, terms and conditions shall be submitted with quote. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov in order to be considered for award. The government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. Vendors must provide the brand name item or an equal product based on the salient characteristics listed in the itemized listing. Quotes will be found technically acceptable or unacceptable based on the salient characteristics. (x) FAR 52.212-2(a) Evaluation-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition (Jan 1999). Award will be based on the lowest price quote with technical acceptance IAW the itemized listing's salient characteristics and brand name or equal. (xi) The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition (Apr 2011). All vendors must be registered in Online Representations and certifications (ORCA) (https://orca.bpn.gov)) at the time of Quote submittal. (xii) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (Jun 2010), applies to this acquisition.
