Description
Bid Sched Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0066. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $7.0 Million, NAICS 611620. All offers are to remain valid until 30 November 2011. Basis for Award: The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Delivery date may be an evaluation factor. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. This requirement is for Sports Officiating at Whiteman Air Force Base in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This requirement is provided for installation's FY12 execution plan, pending congressional approval of the FY12 Appropriations Bill. Please use the attached bid schedule. This solicitation is for a base year plus two additional option years. Items required: Whiteman game officiating services from 1 October 2011 to 31 September 2012. Flag Football: 127 games (3 officials each game/1 Scorekeeper) Basketball: 191 games (2 officials/1 scorekeeper/1 timekeeper each game) Volleyball: 67 games (2 officials/1 scorekeeper each game) Soccer: 52 games (2 officials each game) Softball: 196 games (2 officials/1 scorekeeper each game) These are estimated amount of games to be played during FY12. FY13 and FY14 are estimated to be approximately the same number. Amount of games may be adjusted due to the following reasons: -Weather related cancellations or mission requirements -Games will not be paid if these adjustments are made -Only games officiated will be paid See attached copy of Statement of Work for specific requirements. Delivery: Service is required NLT 3 October 2011; If 3 October date is not achievable please submit best delivery date.
