- SOLICITATION This project is to conduct the economic, demographic, and local government impact analysis for the final environmental impact statement to be developed in conjunction with, and in support of, the final land and resource management plan for management San Juan Public Lands (Forest Service and BLM) in southwest Colorado. The allotted time for this contract performance is one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of issuance of the notice to proceed. This project is being advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside and as such it is open to small businesses. The solicitation for this project will be available only through the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Ginger Domingos at gingerdomingos@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 970-385-1243. All Offerors shall be registered to the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7, be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8, and must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
