- Announcement of Opportunity PAE0010 Precast Concrete Services Haleakalā, Maui, Hawai'i The Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, Inc. (AURA), on behalf of the National Solar Observatory, is soliciting Request for Quotes (RFQ) from suppliers to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, services, and equipment required to fabricate and provide plant-precast structural reinforced concrete box culvert and utility vaults in support of the Advanced Technology Solar Telescope project. This effort is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) (Public Law 111-5) and the requirements set forth at 2 CFR Part 176, "Award Terms for Assistance Agreements that include funds under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5," shall be applied. Firms interested in receiving the RFQ documentation for this procurement should send a one page letter of interest to the Contracts Officer, AURA-ATST Project by either fax (520-318-8500) or email (ATSTproposal@noao.edu) and must be received not later than Friday, September 30, 2011, 3:00 PM MST. The letter of interest should reference Announcement of Opportunity No. PAE0010 and include physical mailing address, telephone number, fax number, and email address (if available) for a contact person. Upon receipt of a letter of interest, interested firms will be provided the RFQ documentation.
