- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested for the required items listed and no written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number W911S7-11-T-0227 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 dated 02 August 2010. This is procurement is restricted to Total Small Business under NAICS 332439 with a size standard of 500 employees. Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri requires the following items: CLIN 0001- 34 each - 8 Cubic Yard Dumpsters based on the attached minimum specifications. CLIN 0002 - 2 each - 30 Cubic Yard Multi-Bin Roll-Off Dumpsters based on the attached minimum specifications. Shipping and Delivery to Department of Public Works Lumber Yard, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri shall be included in the quoted per CLIN price. All quotes submitted shall quote all CLINS listed; quotes for partial delivery will not be considered. New Equipment only; used or refurbished equipment will not be considered. All dumpsters supplied will become the property of the Government. Basis for award is the vendor offering the lowest evaluated price for items conforming to the technical requirements specified for each item.
