- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REQUEST FOR QUOTE NUMBER W911SF-11-T-0059 This Request for Quote is a firm fixed price requirement to provide a lease for a 15 x 30 meter, 5000SF, 50 x100 x10" high quality clear span modular tent structure for the Directorate of Logistics, Supply Division at Fort Benning, Georgia. The Government's intent is to award a single FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) contract to provide a modular structure tent for baggage storage for deploying and redeploying service members processing through the Conus Replacement Center (CRC) at Fort Benning, GA. The period of performance is anticipated to be: a Base Period (26 September 2011 through 25 May 2012) Eight (8) months and Two (2) one-year option periods if executed. This Request for Quote is a Small Business procurement action. The NAICS code is 314912 and size standard is five hundred (500) employees. The point of contact for this action is Katie Washington, Contract Specialist, (benn.doc.offer@us.army.mil. Offerors are reminded that they must be registered and currently active with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at (http://www.ccr.gov) to be eligible for award. This solicitation will be available on or about 8 September 2011 on the Army single Face to Industry (ASFI) website (http://www.acquisition.army.mil) at no cost. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the web site daily for any and all amendments to the request for quote. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. All responsible offerors may submit quotes that, if timely received, will be considered by this Agency. All offers must be received no later than 02:00 P.M., 19 September 2011 (Eastern Standard Time).
