Description

The Air Armament Center, Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for 1305 hours of firmware support and 498 hours of technical support (upgrade capability of existing TTC firmware) to Telectronics Technology Corporation, Newtown PA under the authority of Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Program, FAR8.401, 41 U.S.C.251, et seq. and Title 40 U.S.C.501. Anticipated award date is 22 September 2011. These items must be delivered to: 46 TSSQ/TSRML - F1T0DD, EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 90 days after receipt of order on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 811213, small business size standard: $10M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within fifteen (15) days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
