- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Dugway Proving Ground office is contemplating the procurement of a short 50 liter jacketed process reactor system complete setup, a large gas scrubber setup with mobile support stand, and a 510w water cooled Unistat circulator system, installed with one day of training. An itemized list of components follows the clauses below. Note: Funding for this requirement is not currently available. This requirement is for process to point of award only (reference FAR 52.232-18). Interested vendor's wishing to respond to this solicitation must provide pricing valid for a calendar period of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Chemglass Life Sciences, LLC 3800 N. Mill Rd. Vineland, NJ 08360-1528. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, services and / or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and / or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the government's requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
