- The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract with Tactical Electronics and Military Supply, LLC, Broken Arrow, OK, under Request for Quote (RFQ) RFQ-C006520. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Tactical Electronics and Military Supply is to provide a Video Inspection System consisting of the following items: HHT-1, HHM, PCSS1-HHM, and VFS2-HHM. Two more of these systems are being procured identical to the current systems for consistency and compatibility purposes. These systems have been field tested and evaluated for operational use. Market Research has determined that the Federal Bureau of Investigation's requirement can only be provided by Tactical Electronics and Military Supply because they are the sole supplier of this product. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals to this office by 12:00 PM, EST, Tuesday, September 13, 2011, via E-mail to the attention of Mr. David L. Marmo, Contracting Officer, at David.Marmo@ic.fbi.gov. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System number is 334310. This contract will be awarded as a commercial item in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
