Description
This notice is issued to obtain commercial sources qualified and interested in providing a commercial item proposal prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.602 for Walk-in curing ovens for Ellsworth AFB, SD. The contractor shall provide for all supplies, shipping costs, and labor requirements, and plans to fulfill the requirement. The performance period is to be determined upon award of contract. This solicitation will part of the Small Business Competitive Demonstration program IAW FAR 19.10. All responsible sources may submit an offer. The North American Industry Code is 333994 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 8 Sep 2011. The solicitation may be obtained by downloading through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). Hard copies will not be available. Offerors must register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), online at https://www.bpn.gov/CCR/scripts/index.html and must also register at the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website https://orca.bpn.gov/. Only one contract will be awarded. Award will be made to the most technically acceptable offer meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost evaluation factors. The non-cost evaluation factors for this award shall be the past performance, technical proposal, and time table of completion. To be considered technically acceptable, the contractor must submit all requirements out lined in the Addendum to 52.212-1 to be released at the time of solicitation. No site visits will be held for this solicitation. No phone calls will be taken on this solicitation until it has been publicly released. Preferred method of communication will be e-mail.
