- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 18 Network Contracting Activity (NCA): 4135 S. Power Rd., Ste. 103, Mesa, AZ 85212, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for radiation monitoring equipment to expand the current Ludlum Model 375 system in place at the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System. It is the intent of this Sources Sought Notice to discover vendors who are capable of providing the below listed equipment; the vendor must be able to provide equipment that is compatible with the Ludlum M 375 system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for these acquisitions is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing; the size standard is 500 Employees.
