- This pre-solicitation notice is for flags, wood staffs and steel chrome base finish guidons for The Old Guard. The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH) Installation Contracting Office has a requirement on behalf of the The Old Guard for items listed above. The award will be a fixed price contract. This acquisition is a 100% small business-set aside procurement. The NAICS Code is 314999 and the FSC Code is 8345. The solicitation will be posted via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The closing date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. NO hard copies will be mailed.
