- NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ F1UG131206A005-2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. This acquisition is 100% full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 423840 with a 500 employees size standard. This RFQ contains 1 line item. The line item description is as follows: CLIN 0001 Package of 2 boiler chemical pumps (see below) and skid assembly: The boiler chemical pumps must meet or exceed each of the following: API STD 675; Flow rate: 12.2 GPH; Pressure: MAX 1230 PSI; Size 30 Stainless steel double; Ball liquid end with 13/16in plunger; Connectors are to be of standard type; ½ HP motor; 640 psi/size 30 internal relief valve. The skid assembly must meet or exceed each of the following: ½in M 316SS/Viton? Single pump system; PP/PPE skid for the motor driven pumps; 30in W x 30in D x 60in H; 1/2 in 316SS/PTFE tubing with compression fittings; Wye strainer; 1000ml glass/316SS calibration column; Pressure gauge with seal; pressure relief valve; Back pressure; Pulsation Dampener. The above pumps must be mounted on the skid assembly. End Item Description. FOB Destination. The required delivery date is90 ADC. PROVISIONS/CLAUSES. Addenda to FAR 52.212-5: The following additional clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.233-2, Service of Protest: (a) Protest, as defined in section 33.101 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, that are filed directly with an agency, and copies of any protests that are filed with the General Accounting Office (GAO), shall be served on the Team Lead Alfred Barrie (addressed as follows) by obtaining written and dated acknowledgement of receipt from 354th Contracting Squadron, Attn: Alfred Barrie, 2310 Central Ave, Building 2258, Eielson AFB, AK 99702.
