- J&A Past Performance Questionnaire Bid Terms BOM Upgrading two Compellent SANs (Storage Area Networks). The first System is located at 8930 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64114 and the second is located at 1400 Independence Ave. SW, Washington, DC 20250. The upgrade should be able to be performed in one working day per site. The Contractor will also be responsible for physically installing the solution in a pre-existing Standard 42U Rack during a USDA OIG Saturday Maintenance Window. DELIVERY MUST BE MADE BY SEPTEMBER 27, 2011.. The Government may make no award(s) and cancel this Request for Quote if delivery date, pricing and/or other considerations are not favorable or meet the Government's needs. Please specify quantities and delivery dates in your quote. Upon delivery, all shipping documents and equipment containers will include GSA-IT order number and/or Act number. All hardware must be original Compellent hardware that is compatible with the existing Compellent SAN. All switch hardware must be compatible with existing Brocade Switch(s). All Software must be Compellent software that will allow all hardware to function with existing Compellent software. All Maintenance/Support for this equipment must terminate on 9/27/2011 to be Co-Terminus with our existing Compellent SAN Support Contracts. There will be PDUs/Power strips provided by OIG to supply power to the new equipment. Cable installation should not interfere with any currently cabled systems that reside in the same rack where the new cabling will be installed. All cabling that connection systems must be properly secured and directed in the existing rack provided. All cabling used to interconnect the upgraded equipment will meet current system requirements and specifications. All Power, Network, and Backend Fiber cabling must be labeled to make sure it is consistent with existing labeling. Upon completion all systems must be tested and approved by USDA OIG staff to ensure proper installation and configuration have been completed. After Testing and verification, full documentation of procedures and any material relevant to the upgrade of this system will be transferred from Contractor to OIG Staff.
