- AMENDMENT 0002: INCLUDES ANSWER TO QUESTION REFERENCING THE COMPUTERIZED PRICING GUIDE QUESTION AND EXTENDS THE SUBMITTAL DATE FOR PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRES AND PROPOSALS TO SEPTEMBER 21, 2011. The following question about section B in the solicitation (SF 1442) was emailed to me: Is the unit price book equal to bare costs of materials, equipment and labor, without markups for overhead and profit, adjusted within each division by the city cost index for Shreveport, Louisiana or is it equal to the burdened no city cost index unit prices from the O&P column? The question has been answered under the Amendment 0002, which is attached to this Notice. THE SUBMITTAL DATE FOR ALL PAST PERFORMANCE QUESTIONNAIRES AND PROPOSALS HAVE BEEN EXTENDED FROM 2:00pm CST, 12 SEPTEMBER 2011 TO 2:00pm CST, 21 SEPTEMBER 2011.
